JOB DESCRIPTION: PART TIME WAIT STAFF

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greets guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Set tables in assigned area correctly and uniformly as directed.
- Execute the proper sequence of service and table etiquette while waiting tables.
- Basic kitchen help in preparation of food and beverage, working closely with Chef to ensure quality service and plate presentation.
- Responsible for putting assigned lodge rooms in order for guest arrival.
- Clean and service assigned rooms or common areas according to established standards and procedures, including but not limited to, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash, cleaning of kitchen areas, refrigerators, coffee makers, cups, glasses, silverware.
- Light laundry duties.
- Additional duties as required and assigned.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / OTHER ABILITIES:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be well groomed and presentable at all times.
- Must demonstrate initiative.
- Must possess mental alertness, motivation, persistence, maturity, and ability to relate well to other employees and guests.
- Must be able to work long hours while maintaining a positive mental attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours and stay onsite for weekend schedule of Friday afternoon through Sunday at noon, as well as some weekday events.
- Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
