ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greets guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist hunters and non-hunters as assigned and insure hunter safety at all times.
• Assure wildlife management practices are followed under the direction of the Ranch Manager.
• Operation of ATV, pickup truck, riding lawn mower, fishing boat, leaf blower, power washer, zeroing in rifle.
• Sanitation maintenance.
• Fire pit preparation.
• Five stand operations and firearm cleaning and maintenance. 
• Wildlife feeding, filling of protein/corn/fish food stations. 
• Cleaning, processing all game animals and fish.
• Ranch maintenance including roads, brush, blinds, grounds keeping, etc.
• Additional duties as required and assigned.

EDUCATION /  EXPERIENCE / PHYSICAL ABILITIES: 

• Must be 18 years and older
• Must be well groomed and presentable at all times.
• Must possess mental alertness, motivation, persistence, maturity, and ability to relate well to job, other staff and guests. 
• Must be able to work long hours while maintaining a positive mental attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours and stay onsite for weekend schedule of Friday afternoon through Sunday at noon, as well as some weekday events.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

LICENSES: 

• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Valid state hunting license required.
• No violations of local, state or federal game laws.
